STANDARD PROCESSING AND SHIPPING - GHPOST
We ship all our jewelry items in 3-5 business days worldwide | Our art and craft items ship in 5-7 business days worldwide! Packages are registered with GHPost.
GHPost  14-21 Business days estimated shipping and delivery time.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 
*Your GHPost tracking number will be sent to you via email/ sms on the same day the package is processed for shipping or delivered to the courier. 
 
EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING - DHL EXPRESS
We ship all our clothing items in 10-14 business days. For rush order and expedited processing we can reduce the processing time to 5-7 business days at a fee.   
DHL Express  5-7 Business days estimated shipping and delivery time.
*Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees applicable for shipments into your country are the sole responsibility of you the customer. 
*Please track your package through your local post office website or DHL website depending on the tracking information we send to you indicating the courier. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you. 
Your waybill or tracking information will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure that there is someone readily available at the shipping address to receive the package and append his signature to confirm delivery and receipt of package.
We ensure the use of the best courier so that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
*All shipping times provided are estimated and are applicable to orders placed at the earliest possible time.
 *Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. If you wish to request cancellation, do so within 24-hrs after the order has been placed
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 
In the instance that GHPost or DHL Express tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@splendorofafrica.com.
Upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the courier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution.
If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of commencement of investigation, we will still contact the courier to effect the delivery.
If the time you needed the item for use elapses as a result of the courier failing to deliver within the expected delivery time, we will not take responsibility for any delay which is purely the making of the courier.
We will be lenient to provide you with a store credit or a gift card after confirming from the courier, if you decline the package as a result of the delay. 
A refund will not be issued.
